Yieldly ("Yieldly", the "app") is operated by Googly, LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Yieldly, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies specifically to the Yieldly mobile application and this website.

Googly, LLC operates multiple applications. This Privacy Policy applies only to Yieldly; other Googly apps may have separate policies.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Email address — used for passwordless sign-in via one-time passcode (OTP) and to identify your account.
• Portfolio and watchlist data — when you sign in, the holdings, transactions, watchlists, and related notes or settings you create are stored in the cloud so they sync across your devices. If you use the app as a guest, this data is stored only on your device and is not sent to us.
• Feedback and support messages — if you contact us or submit feedback in the app, we receive the content of your message and your email address.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and analytics data — we use analytics to understand how the app is used (for example, screens viewed and features used), which helps us improve Yieldly.
• Diagnostics and crash data — we collect crash reports and performance data to find and fix problems.
• Device and technical information — such as device model, operating system version, app version, and similar technical identifiers associated with analytics and notifications.
• Push notification tokens — if you enable dividend alerts, we store a device push token so we can deliver notifications.
• Subscription and purchase data — if you purchase Yieldly Pro, we and our subscription provider receive purchase status and identifiers needed to manage your subscription. Payment card details are handled by the App Store or Google Play and are never collected by us.

How we use your information

• Provide, maintain, and secure the app and your account
• Authenticate sign-in and sync your portfolios and watchlists across devices
• Send dividend alerts and other notifications you opt into
• Process and manage Yieldly Pro subscriptions
• Analyze usage and diagnose issues to improve the product
• Respond to your feedback and support requests

Service providers

We use trusted infrastructure and service providers to operate Yieldly. They process data only as needed to deliver the app — for example, hosting your account, sending sign-in codes, delivering notifications, managing subscriptions, and supplying market data. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Data retention

We retain your account information and synced data for as long as your account is active. Analytics and diagnostic data are retained according to our providers' standard retention periods. When you delete your account, your associated data is removed as described below.

Your choices and rights

• Access and update — you can view and edit your portfolios and watchlists directly in the app.
• Delete your account — you can permanently delete your account and associated data from Settings → Delete Account. This action is irreversible. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it separately through your app store before deleting.
• Notifications — you can turn dividend alerts on or off in Settings or in your device's notification settings.
• Guest mode — use the app without an account to keep your portfolio and watchlist data on-device only.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as access, correction, deletion, or portability). To make a request, contact us at support@googlyglobal.com.

Data security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Yieldly is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

International users

Yieldly is operated from the United States. If you access the app from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Yieldly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
